The versatility of the belt is being able to apply it to multiple parts of the body. Have been using it since day 1 for a bout a month now on my lower back, stomach, knees, and arms. My joint pain and inflammation has decreased significantly enough that I now have a restful sleep each night. It’s so easy to relax after a long day at work following my workout sessions that when I’m watching some tv at night I just put the belt on and let it do it’s work for me. I’ll continue using it daily but transition to alternating body part therapy. This is by far the best infrared device I’ve ever purchased and I’m so grateful for it’s availability. If anyone is on the fence, get off it and buy it and use it. Don’t just put in a cupboard.

I use it every day before going to bed it feels incredibly relaxing ! I’m honestly so impressed with the experience and results. From start to finish, — like a detox session and spa treatment combined.

I am very pleased with the body wrap. It is versatile, easy to use with the belt on the lower back or on it's own on my shoulder. I am experiencing immediate relief following the 20 minute cycle from chronic pain for a period of time. The wrap is flexible and therefore comfortable. Rechargeable battery holds the charge well. I do regret not purchasing the larger size wrap. Also it would be good to have more guidance on safe usage of the wrap included with the item.

Excellent quality construction on the wrap, the belt, the charger, the simple instruction page, even the packaging! I notice I'm having less arthritic pain since using the body wrap. Since I apply it while I'm sleeping at night, I love that it has auto-shut off. If I awaken in the night, I move it to another part of my body.
